Do I have to commit to regular classes?
Not at all. Book one class at a time whenever it suits you. If you want to save, grab a bundle of 5 or 10, they never expire.
Do you have a Blue Card?
Yes, I hold a current Queensland Blue Card, the official government check for working with children in Australia. Parents are welcome to observe any class via Zoom.
What do I need to join?
Just Zoom on any device and a stable internet connection. For young kids, a quiet space away from distractions works best. No Spanish needed to start Level 1.
What is the cancellation policy?
All bookings are paid upfront and are non-refundable. Need to reschedule? Give at least 24 hours notice and we will find another time.
How does the Siblings class work?
Two siblings or friends join the same 30-minute slot. Maximum 2 students. The class is designed for two, with activities that get them talking to each other in Spanish.
Can I start at any level?
Yes. Just mention your level when booking and we will pick up from the right place. Not sure? We will figure it out together in the first class.
